A project dashboard should do more than store files. It should help teams understand how project information is being accessed, which assets are being used, and where the platform is creating value.
That is why One Click now includes live analytics and reporting features designed to give construction teams a clearer view of platform activity. The dashboard currently supports 237 unique user accounts, including 162 users connected to one client organization across 28 active projects.
The new analytics tools show how teams interact with their project information. Administrators can review user sessions, identify the times of day when the platform is used most, see which projects receive the most attention, and understand how users access the dashboard across devices. Most activity currently comes from computers, which helps inform how the platform continues to evolve for project managers, executives, owners, and field teams.
One Click also tracks user actions, including button activity throughout the platform. This gives the team a better understanding of which tools are being used and where future improvements can make the experience faster and more intuitive. Because action tracking was recently introduced, the data will become more valuable as the system builds a longer history of platform use.
Four standard reports are now available in CSV and PDF formats. These include user access, user additions and deletions, project-level user access, and user actions. Teams can use these reports for internal reviews, account administration, project coordination, and platform adoption analysis.
Security is built into the way One Click manages access. Each person receives an individual user account instead of sharing one username and password across an entire organization. This protects the platform if a password is exposed and makes it possible to understand who is accessing project information.
Individual accounts also create a more accurate record of platform adoption. Teams can see whether project managers, owners, field staff, and other stakeholders are using the information made available to them. Adding accounts is free, so security does not require clients to take on an additional user cost.
For the same reason, One Click does not support shared credentials designed to bypass individual sign-in or two-factor authentication. A shared login creates unnecessary security and liability risks, while making it impossible to maintain an accurate audit trail. The simple explanation for clients is: individual accounts are required for security purposes.
One Click’s user-account model is separate from company single sign-on, or SSO. Organizations that need SSO can request it as a separate platform capability. That approach allows clients to maintain their existing identity and access policies while preserving the security and accountability of individual user access.
The result is a dashboard that does more than organize aerial photos, videos, maps, and project documentation. One Click now helps teams understand access, measure engagement, review activity, and manage project information with greater confidence.
