Canterbury Shoppes from Above: Aerial Property Capture in Fort Wayne.

Drone Brothers recently completed an aerial photography project at Canterbury Shoppes in Fort Wayne, Indiana, for The Yoder-Harman Group.

With coverage of up to 70 acres, the capture was designed to show the property in its broader setting. From above, the buildings, parking areas, access points, surrounding roads, landscaping, and neighboring properties can be understood together in a single view.

This perspective is especially valuable for commercial real estate teams. Aerial photography can support leasing materials, property marketing, planning discussions, ownership updates, and stakeholder communication by showing how the entire site connects to the surrounding area.

For this project, Drone Brothers delivered:

20 high-resolution, professionally edited exterior aerial photos.

Initial consultation and capture planning.

Secure cloud-based asset storage through the One Click Asset Dashboard which gives The Yoder-Harman Group one central platform link to open the current capture, copy asset links, send an asset report to their team, and return to the images whenever they need them.

Do you have a commercial property that needs to be documented? Contact Drone Brothers to discuss a capture plan for your project.
