MEET CLIFF H.

Our drone pilot in Iowa is Cliff. Cliff brings years of drone flying experience and he is a FAA certified pilot who has captured a long list of projects for our clients in the Des Moines, IA area and beyond. Cliff has been a drone photographer and flying drones for almost 10 years now. Currently Cliff’s drone of choice is the DJI Phantom 4 Pro+ V2.0. Cliff is FAA Licensed, Insured UAS Pilot and a Professional Photographer & Videographer. Cliff understands lighting when it comes to aerial photography and videography and he knows how to get the “right” shots. In addition, being licensed with the FAA means that all work is legal and won’t be subject to removal or fines.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT

This unique facility, scheduled to open in mid-2023, will bring heart specialists and coordinated heart services all under one roof and within a single center as Mercy continues to grow and develop the area’s leading heart program. The new facility will be located just across the street from the main hospital. Funding for the facility was made possible through a generous estate gift of from the late Jewel and Jim Plumb of Cedar Rapids.

Working with Ryan Companies Des Moines, Iowa office located in 111 East Grand, Suite 200, Des Moines, Iowa 50309, we helped with their construction project titled Omega. The job included a broad set of drone services including construction progress photos, construction progress videos, among other services. Here’s a shot from the project.

Once again, we helped Ryan Companies capturing another major construction project in the Des Moines area. From construction progress photos to aerial video and panorama we helped the team at Ryan keep their key stakeholders informed of the progress being made at the jobsite. In addition, the visuals make for a much more engaging and immersive experience, helping Ryan offer a customer experience unlike the traditional bulleted list of updates or phone calls. Ryan helped their stakeholders actually see the progress with the help of our drone pilot in Des Moines.

3860 S. 24th St. Council Bluffs, IA 51501

Project Beron was another large-scale construction development project we captured in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Working closely with Ryan Companies our team of FAA certified drone pilots helped the client capture the all of the critical views of the job site as it progressed. With the help of drone photos and videos, we helped the client manage the job site more efficiently and safely, capturing shots that only drones can capture.

City of Pleasant Hill – 5160 Maple Dr. Suite A Pleasant Hill, IA 50327

Working with the City of Pleasant Hill, IA, we helped the city capture progress images for the construction of a new public safety facilities. The facility included a 24,700 square foot police facility to serve as a new headquarters for the Pleasant Hill Police Department and a 4,443 square foot auxiliary fire building for the Pleasant Hill Fire Department. The facilities that were an effort by the city to help public safety departments continue to offer a high quality of life in a growing community.
