Former Buick City Site Takes Flight in Flint, MI, 48505.

The Flint Commerce Center (FCC) is a large-scale industrial park being developed by Ashley Capital and ARCO/Murray on the former Buick City General Motors site in Flint, Michigan. The project will eventually include up to 10 buildings, offering 3.5 million square feet of light manufacturing and logistics space. The FCC aims to create thousands of jobs, boost the local economy, and improve the environment through the redevelopment of a historic brownfield site.

The June 5, 2023, groundbreaking for the future “Flint Commerce Center” industrial park was overseen by Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Congressman Dan Kildee, Flint Mayor Sheldon Neeley, and other local officials and investors in the project.
