A 21,515 sq ft meat distribution facility expansion, including: a 10,231 sq ft cooler (34–36 °F), a 6,232 sq ft cold dock, and a 4,795 sq ft –10 °F freezer, all built with insulated metal panels and featuring a 60‑mil TPO roof, 28′ clear height, six dock positions, 1,200‑amp electrical service, and Freon refrigeration system

Site upgrades include new city utility connections and the removal of the existing sanitary field, maintaining seamless operation throughout construction. The expansion enhances Weeks Food’s next‑day service to Michigan and northern Ohio, including fresh chicken deliveries to KFC and Popeye’s, and was celebrated with a July 2024 groundbreaking.
