Developed via a public–private partnership between Wayne State University and Corvias, designed and built by Gilbane, this LEED Silver student-housing complex comprises 11‑story, 6‑story, and 8‑story towers offering a total of 574 units / 841 beds across 395,000 sq ft, featuring studios to four-bed apartments with full kitchens.

The project includes 17,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail, a 9,000 sq ft campus health clinic, lounge spaces, courtyards, and community areas. The first tower opened in August 2018, with full completion by Fall 2019, at a cost of $151 million. A landmark in WSU’s student housing strategy, this facility accommodates growing on‑campus residency, boosting capacity to ~3,800 students, and earned a USGBC Detroit Leadership Award.
