The project photos have been delivered. Then an owner asks for an earlier view, a project manager needs images for an update, and someone in marketing wants footage of a milestone.
The captures exist. Finding the right ones and getting them to the right people is the next job.
That is the problem we built One Click to help solve.
The One Click Asset Dashboard brings access to your delivered Drone Brothers project assets into one organized place. It connects the capture work our team coordinates with the people who need to use the results, both now and as the project develops.
Here is a closer look at how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0s1DRA89qo
Start with your current capture
The dashboard’s Your Current Flight section gives you access to the latest delivered assets for that capture. Depending on your project’s scope, those may include progress photos and video, mapping deliverables, or walkthrough captures.
Use View Online to open an available deliverable or copy its link when you need to share it. Information icons explain the asset categories, helping someone who did not arrange the capture understand what they are looking at.
For a team preparing a project update, that provides a clear starting point: open the dashboard, find the relevant capture, and access the material needed for the conversation.
Get the information to the people who need it
The person arranging a flight is rarely the only person with a use for the results.
One Click’s Send Asset Report option lets you select available asset categories and enter recipients for a report. That gives teams another way to share delivered work with the people involved in the project.
A progress conversation may call for a few current images. Another discussion may need access to additional documentation. Start with what the recipient needs, then select the relevant material.
Revisit an earlier stage of the project
The latest capture answers one set of questions. Earlier captures can help with another.
The Past Flights section lets you select an earlier flight and access its available documentation. As recurring captures accumulate, the team has a visual history to return to when preparing an update, reviewing a milestone, or gathering material for a project story.
That history starts with the capture plan. A dashboard cannot bring back a moment that was never documented. If a particular phase or milestone matters, discuss it with the capture team before it passes.
Keep requests connected to the project
Projects change, and documentation needs can change with them.
The dashboard includes options to request a flight schedule change or request additional services. Those requests give the Drone Brothers team a starting point for coordinating the next step with you.
If the schedule moves or a new documentation need comes up, tell us what has changed so we can work through the appropriate capture plan.
The service behind the dashboard
One Click is part of how Drone Brothers connects project capture, delivery, and access.
Our team works with you to understand what needs to be documented and coordinate the agreed capture. The dashboard gives your team a central place to access the resulting assets. The deliverables available depend on the services included in your project’s scope.
It is the connection behind One Call. One Capture. One Click.™
