Arco Murray and Pinstack have officially broken ground on their first project together, a 56,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art entertainment venue in Sterling, Virginia. This location marks the first Pinstack in the state, and the beginning of an exciting partnership between ARCO and the premier bowling and entertainment brand.
The two-story entertainment venue will offer a unique blend of experiences, including a full-service restaurant with a modern American menu highlighting local and regional ingredients, a full bar, bowling lanes, arcade games, a rock-climbing wall, bumper cars, and versatile private event spaces for both social and corporate gatherings. This location is expected to open its doors in 2026 and will serve as a key addition to Loudoun County’s growing entertainment scene.
ARCO, a nationally recognized design-build firm specializing in complex hospitality and entertainment spaces, is leading construction. “We are proud to partner with Pinstack to bring this premier entertainment destination to life,” said Drew Oppenhuis, Director of Operations at Arco. “This project exemplifies the power of visionary design and collaboration, and we look forward to seeing the impact it will have on Loudoun County.”
As a seasoned builder in sports, entertainment, and mixed-use developments, ARCO is proud to work closely with Pinstack on its Virginia location. The project reflects a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, experience-driven spaces that support local economic growth and community connection. It also aligns with ARCO’s broader mission to create thoughtfully designed, exciting environments that bring live-work-play communities to life.
Dan Coughlan, Principal of TRITEC, the developer leading the Kincora project, expressed his excitement for the new chapter in the community’s development. “The arrival of Pinstack signifies a pivotal moment in Kincora’s evolution,” said Coughlan. “This project sets the tone for what’s ahead as we continue to attract best-in-class brands that align with our long-term vision for the walkable, high-energy, mixed-use community.”
The project has received strong support from local leaders who view the development as a catalyst for continued economic growth in Loudoun County. “Pinstack’s decision to launch their first Virginia location right here in Loudoun speaks volumes about the strength of our market and our growing appeal as an entertainment and lifestyle destination,” said Buddy Rizer, Executive Director of Loudoun Economic Development. “This is a win for our residents and a signal to national brands that Loudoun is open for business.”
Mark Moore, President and CEO at Pinstack, expressed the company’s enthusiasm for joining the Loudoun County community. “We are thrilled to bring Pinstack’s signature blend of upscale dining and immersive entertainment to Virginia for the first time,” said Moore. “Loudoun County’s vibrant community and Kincora’s strategic location provide the perfect backdrop for the type of experiences our guests seek, where fun, food, and connection come together.”
The arrival of Pinstack in Loudoun County is a significant win for our community, and the Loudoun Chamber is thrilled to welcome this innovative entertainment and dining experience,” says Tony Howard, President and CEO of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce. “Pinstack isn’t just about bowling; it’s a dynamic addition to our community that will create new jobs, boost our local economy by drawing visitors, and provide a much-needed venue for families and businesses to connect and unwind. It truly enhances Loudoun’s appeal as a vibrant place to live, work, and play.”
