A six-story, 64-unit affordable housing community, offering 21 one-bedroom, 25 two-bedroom, and 19 three-bedroom apartments, plus one manager’s unit. Built at a total cost of approximately $61M, supported by a $9M municipal tax-exempt bond loan and a $5.2M city land acquisition, under a 58–65 year ground lease, with affordability preserved for 55 years.

Operated by nonprofit Pacific Southwest Community Development Corp, providing on‑site after-school programming, adult education, and health services to residents. Positioned in a high-opportunity District 9 area, offering close access to transit, strong schools, and job centers. Groundbreaking initiated late 2023, with construction underway and expected completion by November 2025. First move-ins anticipated late 2025.
